By using lizzmeiring.com or buying anything on it, you accept these terms. The website is operated by Lizz Meiring Productions (Pty) Ltd, South Africa. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude shipping unless stated otherwise.

Orders & payment

An order becomes binding only once payment is successfully received. Payments are processed securely by PayFast, Yoco or Ozow. Products ship within the delivery days shown once payment is received; a tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel is with the courier.

Personal audio & video messages

Messages are recorded by Lizz herself and are unique and personal in nature. The download link is valid for 10 days — please download your message in time. Messages are for personal use; commercial use or redistribution without written permission is not allowed. We reserve the right to decline a request (with a full refund) if the content is inappropriate, defamatory or unlawful.

Events & tickets

Tickets for shows are sold by independent ticketing platforms. That platform's terms apply to your ticket purchase — see our Refunds & Returns. Event details may change; cancelled events are clearly marked as such for 5 days.

Right of admission

Right of admission reserved. At any show, performance or event presented by Lizz Meiring Productions, admission may be refused or a person removed for misconduct, disruption of the performance, or any behaviour that threatens the safety or enjoyment of others — without refund.

Content & copyright

All content on this website — text, photographs, recordings, logos — belongs to Lizz Meiring Productions (Pty) Ltd or is used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without written consent.

Liability & law

We take all reasonable care to provide accurate information but accept no liability for indirect loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). These terms are governed by South African law.
