This policy explains how Lizz Meiring Productions (Pty) Ltd ("we") handles your personal information on lizzmeiring.com, in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

Only what you give us yourself: your name, surname, email address, phone number and delivery address when you place an order, request a personal message, create an account or use the contact form. Payments are processed entirely by our payment providers (PayFast, Yoco, Ozow) — we never see or store your card details.

How we use it

To fulfil your order or request, communicate with you about it, manage your account and respond to enquiries. We do not send marketing emails without your consent, and we never sell or rent your information to third parties. Information is shared only where needed to deliver your order (e.g. your address to the courier) or where the law requires it.

Cookies

The site uses only essential cookies: one for your login session and one remembering your language choice (Afrikaans/English). No advertising or tracking cookies.

Retention and security

Personal message recordings are removed from the download link 10 days after delivery and archived securely. Account and order data is kept as long as needed for record-keeping. We use industry-standard security (HTTPS, encrypted passwords, restricted access).
