1. Acceptance and parties

This website, lizzmeiring.com, is operated by Lizz Meiring Productions (Pty) Ltd ("we"), South Africa. By using the website, creating an account or buying anything, you accept these terms. 2. Orders, prices and payment

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR); shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. An order becomes binding only once payment is successfully confirmed by PayFast, Yoco or Ozow. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before an order is accepted; in such a case any payment is refunded in full. Products ship within the delivery days shown on the product page; a tracking number is emailed. Refunds are governed by our Refunds & Returns policy.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or close an account for abuse, fraud or breach of these terms.

4. Personal audio & video messages — licence and protection

Every message is personally created by Lizz Meiring. Copyright and all intellectual property rights in every recording remain with Lizz Meiring Productions (Pty) Ltd. On payment you receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the recording for personal, non-commercial purposes — to enjoy it yourself and share it privately with the recipient and family/friends.

The following are expressly prohibited without our prior written consent: resale or any commercial use; public broadcast or screening; use in advertising or to suggest sponsorship/endorsement; uploading to public platforms for commercial gain; any editing, manipulation or distortion of the recording; and any use of the recording, Lizz's voice, image or name for AI purposes — including voice cloning, deepfakes, or the training of any AI model. Violation terminates the licence immediately and we reserve all legal remedies, including damages. Lizz's name, image, voice and personality rights remain protected at all times.

We may decline or refund a request if the requested content is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing or otherwise inappropriate, or infringes anyone's rights. The download link is valid for 10 days; please download your message in time.

5. Website content and copyright

All content on this website — text, biographies, career information, photographs, video, audio, logos and design — belongs to Lizz Meiring Productions (Pty) Ltd or is used with permission. No content may be copied, downloaded, scraped, reproduced, distributed, recorded (including screen recordings), or used for the training of AI models, except as expressly permitted by law. The website's technical copy protection may not be circumvented.

6. Acceptable use

You may not: test, bypass or undermine the website's security; use automated tools (bots, scrapers); upload malware; attempt to access other people's information; provide false information in forms; or use the website for any unlawful purpose. We may block access and report violations to the authorities.

7. Events, tickets and right of admission

Tickets are sold by independent ticketing platforms; that platform's terms apply to your ticket purchase. Event details may change; cancelled events are marked as such for 5 days. Right of admission reserved: at any show or event presented by Lizz Meiring Productions, admission may be refused or a person removed for misconduct, disruption, or behaviour that threatens the safety or enjoyment of others — without refund. Photography, audio or video recording of performances is prohibited unless expressly permitted.

8. Availability and disclaimer

We strive for an error-free, uninterrupted website but do not guarantee it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the transaction concerned — except where the law (including the Consumer Protection Act) provides otherwise. You indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms. Nothing in these terms deprives you of rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. General

These terms are governed by South African law and the South African courts have jurisdiction. If any provision is found invalid, the rest remain in force.
